ALL the products are frozen except their chubs of ground beef. They also carry some seafood. Nice lobster tails at a good market price along with Sea Scallops. It took us over two weeks to enjoy all we bought that day. EVERYTHING had great flavor and texture. The beef reminded me of when I lived on a dairy farm and we'd butcher a cow every year.
